You’ll be able to track your order with your tracking number once we’ve shipped your box.

If we haven’t shipped your box yet, you can cancel your order. Email us at marketing@shoptheceobox.

Our products are sourced from small businesses and family-owned businesses. The CEO Box is committed to supporting as many small, minority, and woman-owned companies as possible. Our product sourcing is centered on supporting these small businesses and showcasing their products inside our boxes.

You can be confident The CEO Box will arrive at your door safely, as we follow COVID-19 protective protocols to make sure of it. Our packaging and shipping room is sanitized and cleaned on a regular basis. Gloves and masks are required when our staff is in the Package Room and handling your products.
